All items less than 75 pounds will ship via UPS Ground Services or FedEx Ground services. All items over 75 pounds will ship via UPS Freight or FedEx Freight services. All Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only. The Cozy Creek Trading Company warehouse is available for local pickups. Delivery by Cozy Creek Trading Company Staff is available. Most of our handcrafted items are one of a kind, due to this pieces may vary from piece to piece in character of wood.
All items ordered that are in stock will ship on the next available business day. All items ordered that are not in stock at the time the item is ordered, please allow 2-6 weeks for arrival of those items. All furniture is ordered from the manufacturer, please allow 6-8 weeks for arrival of furniture orders. For custom furniture orders delivery times vary. Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied in accordance with Missouri State regulations if your shipping address is in the state of Missouri.
Returns
In the event an item is needed to be returned, please contact customer service at 417-336-3999 and a customer service agent will assist you. If the item (items) are returned they must be sent freight prepaid or the shipment will be refused. All custom furniture orders may not be returned unless deemed a manufacturers defect or damage in shipment. Before shipping back a custom furniture order please contact customer service for assistance. There will be a restocking fee of 20% on all returned items. After 15 days from date of customer receiving no returns will be accepted.
